1- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from date of submission.

2- Prices are submitted with the understanding that they are subject to revision to include any increase in cost over which we have no control.

3- Changes to original order, made by the client while work is in progress, will be charged to the client.

4- Grafik Communication is not responsible for errors in work or copy, printed in accordance with a signed proof from the client.

5- In the event of an order cancellation, the cost of the work done to that time, plus a 10% cancellation charge will be invoiced to the client.

6- All presentational materials and designs are the property of Grafik Communication and are protected by the copyright to unpublished manuscripts.

7- All goods remain the property of Grafik Communication until paid in full.

8- Overdue accounts are subject to interest charges of 18% per annum.
